Introducing Our Fresh New Look

Posted on: 15 June 2023

By now, you may have noticed some of our smart new business branding. Changing logos and updating colours is already a big step, but we decided the timing was right to alter our name as well.

The estate agency was initially called Harrison & Hardie when it first opened in 2000 and became Harrison James & Hardie a short while later.

With many locals still calling us Harrison & Hardie, it made sense to strip back the name to simply Harrison Hardie. It’s easier to say, read and remember.

Victoria Snell, who owns the business with her husband Andrew, says the rebranding exercise provides a clean, modern look while giving a hat-tip to its heritage.

Victoria explains: “We wanted to change the logo, website and design of things like our sales boards to move with the times. But the improvements also needed to reflect our core strategic values of providing good customer service in a friendly and approachable way.”

The couple, who have over 40 years of experience in sales and lettings, purchased the agency two years ago. It’s since gone from strength to strength, servicing sales and rental clients from branches in Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh.

Andrew says: “We sold our estate agency in SW London and were looking for a new challenge in the country. We found Harrison James & Hardie, were super impressed with the team, and instantly fell in love with the area.

“It’s a beautiful and safe place to raise our young family, with good schools. There is an excellent community spirit, and we’re keen for Harrison Hardie to get involved. We help schools to advertise their events by providing sponsored sales boards, for example.”

Locals will soon notice the smart new sales boards when they are out and about, plus the new Harrison Hardie branding at its two branches.

Victoria and Andrew will continue the rebranding exercise by refurbishing both offices’ interiors over the next 12 months.

“We love how the new brand has developed,” Victoria says. “It’s modern, but it also reflects the agency’s heritage, which we felt was important.”

Harrison Hardie offers sales and lettings from both branches, with properties covering all budgets and styles. You can see all our latest properties for sale and our latest available rentals.
